He should be :
* Minimum Senior High School/D3 in IT/Electrical or related field.
* Has intermediate IT networking, hardware and softwaretroubleshooting
knowledge.
* Able to work independently or in a team with strong technical
analytical and problem solving skills.
* Ability to effectively communicate issues and resolutions to all
levels of the organization.
* Good interpersonal skills and fast learning.
* Able to work under pressure.
