No. Or you convert the Excel sheet to CVS and write code to put everything in a (PdfP)Table, or you download POI (see http://apache.org) and you use HSSF (= Horrible SpreadSheet Format) to examine your XLS and translate the SpreadSheet objects to iText objects.
