Maybe a solution: What if the first Phrase of my paragraph has the leading I want within the paragraph and the last Phrase of my paragraph is a Phrase wit no text but the leading I want between paragraphs. Would that work? Or would it just take the larger of the two values and use it throughout the paragraph?
