The API says "A Cell is a Rectangle containing other Elements." So chances are that you can add these things to a Cell. If you want to be 100% certain, it's easy to write a simple test program, or you can look in the source code of this open-source project, and see that the Cell class does support adding multiple Phrases and Paragraphs, among other Elements.
