Thank you for the quick response.

I think that images should be rendered within the boundries of the containing PdfPCell and not extend to the adjacent cells.

It is very usefull to have the image scaled down to fit in a table cell.

release if you or anyone think it's usefull.

That is documented. Another approach of text layouting is being
thought out but there are no release dates yet.
