I
haven't used the code, only glanced it over. In your "windows" section, the root
location is hardcoded as "C:". This may not always work, as the user may have
other drives (e.g. D:) used for WinNT installation. We had one instance of such
arrangement with a dual-boot machine that had Win95 installed in drive C:, and
WinNT was in D:.
Perhaps, "java.home" property can be used to uncover
the root drive, assuming that Java is installed on the same drive as
Windows.
