I have tried creating acroform textfield with an updated CVS version and it appears the acrobat think the generated PDF file is somehow wrong. I can reproduce the problem by simply running the Chap13_form.java example.

The appearance of the PDF fields are fine, but when I try to give focus to one of the text fields I get an information dialog saying (badly translated from danish):

An error occured during processing of an Annotiation or a hyperlink. A problem occured while reading the document (23).
"""
This problem is new (I don't know exactly when it started) and the "old" http://www.lowagie.com/iText/examples/Chap13_form.pdf does not have the problem.
Any hints about this?
