Another way is to get the /Annots key in a page object. Each Indirect Object
in the /Annots key is a form field in that page.

Not every Annot is a form field - some can be standard annots, and some may be related annots. But yes, every form form field will have AT LEAST ONE annot associated with it for the page(s) it appears on.


You should definitely read these sections of the PDF Reference a few times before getting into this.
