Thanks for the suggestion. You're right I could probably adjust the widths
by changing the padding of containing cells, or add another empty table to
fill out the remaining space.
Do you, (or one of the developers, perhaps) know if the setWidthPercentage()
method is supposed to work in this situation or if it's a bug, or if it is
somehow documented behaviour?
