Title: RE: [iText-questions] PDF Digital Signature Appearances

Have a look at the class TextField. It only deals with text but you can also have images in an appearance.

    Hi everybody,
I'm still trying to implement PDF signing.

Now I've come to the point, where the digital signature should be
displayed to the user via Acrobat (Reader).

The implementaion in iText 1.01 just shows an empty rectangle to the
user but there's a lot more to do, if you have a look at the Adobe
    spec "Digital Signature Appearances" under
    http://partners.adobe.com/asn/developer/pdfs/tn/PPKAppearances.pdf

Does anybody have experience about this and can give me a hint how to
handle all these appearance dictionaries, XObject layers etc.

I already had a look at the corresponding iText-classes, but
    still waiting for an enlightenment.

    Best regards,
            Peter

Hi, i need add a Graphics2D Object to a pdf document. I have
created a template, as is said in manual, but the graphics appears at
bottom of the page and i want to put in the relative position of the
page.  The sentence "cb.addTemplate(tp, 0, 0); " is to put in a global
position but i don't know what is that because the document will be
generates dynamically. How can i do this?

    thanks in advance!
