on:

printer
- printer driver
- checking "shrink to fit" and similar boxes in
Acrobat

When printing columns on
portrait or landscape (DIN A4) they don't have the
same width even their width is in both
cases set to 122 points.
- portrait results in ~45mm and
- landscape results in
~41mm
