[iText-questions] text align, force a pagebreak

Hallo,
I've a few Questions an I can't find the answers in the turorial:

How can I align a text (e.g. in the middle of a line)?
How can I force a new page (pagebreak)?
Why does  \t  not work but \ n (new line) works???
