The name of the field is
"5_NAME_OF_DESTINATION_PER". You are confusing the field name with the field
description (or tooltip).

Thanks again for your suggestions, I have another
problem with length of some of my labels.
eg in the attach pdf dd1299 the field
marked 5. NAME OF DESTINATION PERSONAL PROPERTY SHIPPING OFFICE is
not writing the value "New York City". Also how do you address the labels like
this one b.ADDRESS(Street, Suite Number, City, State, ZIP
Code).
