I think this new version of PdfDocument will solve the problems that Mahler 
Frank and Andrea Schwob
were having with Table.  Will you two please test this with your application 
and let me know if if
solves the problem.  I will check it in to CVS after hearing back from you.  
This version is changed
from the latest CVS version as of this morning (which I think is synched with 
Paulo's 144 version).

This changes how spacing worked from what was done in 1.02b.  There is now only 
a space added before
the table - none after.  The hard-coded 6pt extra space before was removed.

Bruno - I'll send you something for the FAQ when I check this in.
