Hi,

We've been using iText successfully for a couple of years now, but
there is one issue that I've never been able to resolve.

Has anyone had success making PDFs look good when printed on a dot
matrix printer? One element of the system we're working has to print
on 3 ply form paper. All we need to print is raw text (no images).
I've tried numerous fonts and sizes, but every attempt the text is
barely legible. Printing the same text in the same font from Notepad
seems to work well, but the application is a web based and currently
doesn't generate text files.

Is there a way to get this done with PDFs? Any hints would be
greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.
Eric
