Just checked iText 151 with the pdf I sent you
earlier and I get the following exception.
com.lowagie.text.DocumentException: Append mode requires a document without errors even if recovery was possible.
at com.lowagie.text.pdf.PdfStamperImp.<init>(PdfStamperImp.java:104)
at com.lowagie.text.pdf.PdfStamper.<init>(PdfStamper.java:121)
at com.lowagie.text.pdf.PdfStamper.createSignature(PdfStamper.java:516)

There'a bug with mixed
