As I understood your previous remark, you want to make changes to fluent text. This means a sentence in which you replace a word will sometimes fit a line (if you fill in a short name); other times a sentence will span multiple lines (if you fill in a long name).
In other words: your layout will be different for every PDF you generate.
If your layout is different, you will need to draw it anew for every PDF.

If your layout doesn't change: see my original answer: use formfields.
