They are all the possibilities outlined in the PDF Reference from Adobe.

There are 11 different possible colorspaces (some of which are complex spaces combining others). There are 5 different bit per component. There are 9 different compression/encoding algorithms.

You (and/or the PDF library you chose) would need to support ALL of them - and you'd also need to fully understand how to transcode between them and the format(s) that you needed.


        OR using an existing tool/library that has already done the work.
