There was a case here in Boulder where a University professor was told be the FBI that the people he had been sending money too were part of a fraud chain and he was quoted in the paper as saying the FBI was wrong and they were just having trouble with the bank at their end.
Highly educated, told by the FBI that it is fraud, and still believes...
