I just told you that this is IMPOSSIBLE with PDF. If your customer doesn't believe this, throw the PDF Reference at him. It's a 1200 page book and it's quite convincing. On page 550 he can read: "PrintScaling: the page scaling option to be selected when a print dialog is displayed for this document. Valid values are None, which indicates that the print dialog should reflect no page scaling, and AppDefault, which indicates that applications should use current print scaling." In my previous mail I told you how you can set the print scaling to "None".
