Hi,
I would like to add a table of content ot the beginning of a document
created using a xml file.
This toc must contain the page number and also a "localGoTo" action on
each Chapter or sections.
First I wanted to act in two times :
* Fisrt the generation of the document whitout the Toc.
*Then the generation of the toc retrieving the sections' names in
the Bookmarks
This solution failed, when i wanted to add the action.
Now I wonder if I dont have to create my own XmlWriter using a specific
PdfPageEventHelper.
Is this second solution the best one, or is there another one?
