Thank you very much Bruno!
I see the tutorial al the url
http://itextdocs.lowagie.com/tutorial/general/copystamp/ and I reading
it (but the Part V AcroForm is under costruction)
I know, I stopped writing the tutorial when I started writing the book.
In the book chapter 3 will give some typical scenario's:
- first copy, then stamp
- first stamp, then copy
- first stamp, then copy, then stamp
Not just the code samples, but also some background info that helps
the reader choose the best solution in his specific situation.
Chapter 15 is about annotations and form fields.
It's an introduction on how to create a form using iText,
but I refer to the PDF Reference for the specifics (the
different flags, the internal stuff,...).
Chapter 16 is about filling and signing an AcroForm.
Especially the part about filling the form will be helpfull,
because I used the mailing list as a reference. I think it
answers most of the questions that were ever posted
on the list about filling AcroForms (including some of
the new stuff as suggested by Paulo).
Of course, you will have to be patient for a while.
I will take months before the book is published.
br,
Bruno
