I tried by creating /list tag/ for TOC and TOPIC. /listitem tag/ for subtopic. But I can't get the proper format in PDF file (Please see the attachement).
I see what the problem is: In HTML you are allowed to do: <ul>unordered list <li>item 1</li> <li>item 2</li> </ul> This doesn't work with iText.
