[iText-questions] Filling PDF Forms

Excuse me in advance for the question that I'm sure has been asked, but I couldn't find...   Does anyone have any example java illustrating the filling of PDF Forms?  I thought I saw some, but lost it.  I see that the "iText by Example" has still left that to be filled-in (the rest of that work is tremendously helpful).   Any links, pointers, sample code, etc. would be just great!   Thanks in advance! -AJ
