As for your question about widow/orphan control,
I don't remember it, but I know it's difficult.
You can't just do it with sequences of document.add().
You need to switch to ColumnText and write a lot of
code to test how many lines have been written, etc...
It's nothing that can be explained in a few words.
I will sumarize my findings/ideas in a new thread. Maybe there is a solution
for it.
