"Keep the management happy" is always the problem. They usually don't
believe that support can be given from the other side of the world.

Hi Paulo,
Thanks for replying ;-) We are confident the code will work and also aware
it is open source (no licensing issues) , but we are looking for an
assurance that big corporates have made use of this down under. This
assurance will help us get support personnel if we need within this country.
This is just a contingency plan, but we are sure our java developers can
handle this. Also, another reason why I need this is to keep management
happy.
Also, another variation we are looking to call the Java from Peoplesoft. So,
it means a call from the Peoplesoft Application Server to the iText Java
program sitting on the webserver. My experience with peoplesoft is that if
we run into problems, it takes us time to sort out from which end we have
the problem, although we usually find out, it just takes us time.
Thanks and Regards,
Prince

The question has to do with licensing issues or are you afraid that the code
won't work down under.

Subject: [iText-questions] Consideration to Use iText
Hi There,
We are a large telecommunications company based in Australia and we are
considering to use iText. We have some concerns as to the usage of iText in
the Australia context. We know for a fact, it has been implemented in a wide
variety of places around the world, but we would like some confirmation that
it is used by a few companies in Australia as well. If anyone can share
their views on this, I'd greatly appreciate it.
Thanks and Regards,
Prince
