It depends on what you want.
You can rotate the page by writing PdfImportedPage objects to a new
document.
That way you can change landscape in to portrait with the content
rotated 90 degrees.
If you want to change the page orientation and rearrange the layout of
the content
(for instance, lines with 120 characters change into lines with 80
characters), then
you are asking something that is not possible with 'traditional' PDF.
