[iText-questions] 3 miscellaneous changes

Hi,
what's mean miscellaneous changes?
Sorry for my english

I need to show only my logo in signature (but no pdf logo in signature, no question Marka and etc.)
when i use sap.setAcro6Layers(true);
everything is OK. I see only my logo
But I get "3 miscellaneous changes" in Modifications List
when I don't use sap.setAcro6Layers(true); I have only "1 miscellaneous changes"
