No problems here - just do what you think you should.
- move the point of origin to the upper left corner of the crop/trim box
This one, however, is going to be a problem and I recommend
that you don't attempt this.
Instead, you are better off simply having a
"TranslateCoordinates" method that your stored x/y coords into and
that returns the PDF-based ones simply by doing the logical math.
