Use javascript event onbutton(back) to trap the action and prevent the standard browser action and instead do a direct action http://homepageaddress/page/# re-direction....?

My code is very similar to the tutorial: writer = PdfWriter.getInstance(document, baos); Create the document .... ServletOutputStream out = response.getOutputStream(); baos.writeTo(out); out.flush(); I'm using a struts framework, with a JSP. There is a button on the JSP, which calls the action class, which calls the servlet to generate the PDF. It works fine, until you use the back button to get back to the page where you started, and then use the forward button. My server basically grinds to a halt.
