Hallo,
if the URL of the PDF is always the same, then the AcroReader fills in
the last
entered data. Change the URL of the file (add a random-number to the
url)
then the Reader dosn't automatically fill the textbox.
Bye
Stefan

Hello,
I am trying to create a PDF report, and at the end add a text area
that the user can enter comments into. My problem is that Adobe keeps
filling in the text box with whatever you wrote the last time. I want
to turn this option off so that the user gets a blank text box every
time. Is there a way to make sure this happens in iText?
I think you'll have a better chance getting an answer on
news://comp.text.pdf or http://forum.planetpdf.com/
Post the question in general, without mentioning iText.
I think I have seen the question before, but I don't
remember the answer (and right now, I don't have the
time to search the archives).
br,
Bruno
