PRAcroForm:  PdfReader's form reading class.  All you can really do is check out the underlying objects directly.  If you want to know the value of a field, you need to know how and where to look, and what it means.  For example, the value of a radio button parent with an /Opt array is an index into the Opt array, not the actual export value.

PdfAcroForm: for creating new PDFs with fields through Document.add() and it's ilk.

AcroFields: Read & Write existing field values/flags/appeararnces with a PdfStamper.  This is the only class to support LifeCycle Disgner (XFA) forms, and only for getting/setting field values.

Three form-related tasks, three completely separate classes.  Both PRAcroForm and PdfAcroForm decend from PdfDictionary, but one is read-only, the other is write-only.
