Thanks for the advice. I have implemented header/footer using PdfPTable 
and onEndPage event, like described in tutorial.
However, I have still one problem - still concerning align. The 
horizontal and vertical alignement of table cells (PdfPCell) used in 
header seems to be ignored - regardless of the parameter of 
PdfPCell.setHorizontalAlignement and PdfPCell.setVerticalAlignement, 
content of all cells is aligned to left-baseline. Other cell properties, 
like border, works well. Am I missing something?
