iText expects the text to be in logical order and not contain presentation characters. As far as I know it works and it's not by only presenting pictures that you'll prove otherwise. In other words, the problem, if any, must be reproducible.

Since Arabic text is written from right to left, I have pressed CTRL+SHIFT+O before entering data into the text area, so that text starts from the right end of textarea, if I don't press CTRL+SHIFT+O the data displayed on the textarea and canvas is different for Arabic and Hebrew characters which run from right to left.
