I am not sure if this is a known problem but I'm trying to add one pdf with some acroforms filled out and at the end add it to PdfCopyFields. I continue this for atleast 5 times, so in the end i get one pdf with 5 pages. But for some odd and random times some of the pages are a repeat of another. With the same information filled out and even the form name are the same. I know this can't be right because I assign a unique form name to each page before filling out the form.
