Still, it brings out two more questions:

1) In the case of a document that has multiple writers (PDF/HTML/RTF) attached,
what is the correct way, if any, of defining a table compatible whith all 
renderers?

2) How do I know which classes/concepts are not supported anymore? @Deprecated?
