Hy to all :)
I'm totally new to iText and i need to know if a design choice is
available for resolve my issue...
i need to dinamically generate a PDF from a data source, but in my
program i need to define some general layouts for my PDFs, as example
a simle only-text layout, a layout with a title and a logo, and so
on...
In a simil-task, but using html instead of pdf, i have created some
html templates that defines a general layout and contains a
placeholder: i dinamically work to replace the placeholder with a
html-generated fragment to create a final html.
I need to create the same work, but using PDF: i think to create some
general PDF layouts and insert in this layouts a keyword as
placeholder, and then add dinamically my content to the new PDFs from
the selected layout...
It's a practicable way? And exists some examples of editing PDFs with iText?
I know that this question is similar to "How deep is blue?".... i need
only some links to use as "starting way" or a suggest for an
alternative trick...
Sorry in any case :)
