Well, unfortunately a chapter starts always on a new page. Since it is 
possible that a chapter is very small it would be great if a chapter can 
start on the current page without a page break. Wouldn't that be a useful 
feature for a chapter? By default it should start on a new page but a 
constructor's parameter 'noNewPage' could cause the Chapter class to begin 
on the current page.

What do you think about this?
