I interpreted it as follows:
Table instances are added to Document/Section/Chapter.
In onSectionEnd those Table instances are replaced by
PdfPTable. I don't understand how one would do this.

The TOC has online for a very long time,
and the title clearly says it's about PDF.
Also I don't know much about RTF :(
I have my hands full with the PDF stuff.
