The RichText flag and RV entry when creating AcroFields are currently
not supported in iText. Of course it's always possible to create your

Rich Text and RTF are NOT THE SAME THING.
Rich Text is described on page 680-684 of the PDF Reference.
It looks like XHTML (but it's not XHTML), and there's support for the
following tags: <body>, <p>, <i>, <b>, and <span>.
