That's very simple:
PdfReader reader = new PdfReader("my.pdf");
PdfStamper stamper = new PdfStamper(reader, new
FileOutputStream("new.pdf"), PdfWriter.VERSION_1_5);
stamper.close();
(You may want to use a more memory economic constructor
for PdfReader.)
