I've now looked at the RTF document. The problem as I see it is not the page 
numbering, but the total number of pages. For me the pages are numbered 
correctly, but the total page number is displayed as "1". Unfortunately I 
have no idea of how to force Word to automatically refresh the fields on 
loading. Until I find that out, I can't fix this bug.
