iText / iTextSharp cannot convert pdf to tiff (or to any other image
format).
You can use ghostscript (as you know). It's a bit complex to run it on
server side (asp.net or NTservice ?) but it is possible. I have done it many
times. But Ghostscript is OT on this mailing list. If you need help, feel
free to contact me directly.
