Actually, there appear to be a handful of ISO-8859-1. In all cases, the
non-ASCII content is in a comment. Attached is a diff converting those
files to UTF-8.

Viewing the diff is a bit tricky because it contains both ISO-8859-1 and
UTF-8. The modified files are:

com/lowagie/text/pdf/PdfContentByte.java
com/lowagie/text/RomanList.java
com/lowagie/text/rtf/document/RtfInfoElement.java
