The latest releases of the RtfWriter2 contain importing functions 
(importRtfDocument and importRtfFragment). With these you can add an existing 
document or part of an existing document to the document you are generating. 
The functionality is still pretty raw and does not always work the way it is 
intended. Upcoming versions will improve on this.
