The only way I see around that is to fake the last line. Remove the last line from the table creation code and then add the lines and text using RtfShape objects. There is some documentation on using the RtfShape class in the newest version of the tutorial (you'll have to get it from the CVS, as the webpage hasn't been updated yet).
