Ok, I`ve added the Halftone Parameters to the pdf file correctly, thanks
to all.
I've printed the pdf document in a ps printers using pdf viewer tool,
with the "send halftone" option set, and it was printed ok. Now, I would
like to print this file from my Java stand-alone application in the same
way (telling the printer that uses the embedded halftone parameters), do
you know how can I do that?.

Maybe you're running against the wrong version of iText (i.e. not the
version you added HALFTONE to) - I think the previous poster was on
the right track. If I were doing it, I wouldn't add HALFTONE to
PdfName, I would just have the PdfName HALFTONE = new
PdfName("Halftone"); in the PdfHalftone class. Brian
