At my version of itext the entities are inside the "SimpleXMLParser.java"
and, there are the '⇒' at the list. But, the htmlworker didn't
convert.
Sorry for my ignorance, but is necessary i'm say in any place something to
htmlworker understand?.
At any html document created, there are the "<body encoding="iso-8859-1">"
tag. I'm change to utf-8 but is the same.
This is my test html file:
<html>
<head></head>
<body encoding="iso-8859-1">
<p>Seta direita:⇒doisespaços: outracoisa:∃</p>
</body>
</html>

It's possible if you add those entities in EntitiesToUnicode.java.
There's a lot of them at http://www.w3.org/TR/MathML2/bycodes.html.
