Have you read the code you copy/pasted?
If so, then it should be evident that the complete file
is written to HelloWorldStampCopy.pdf and that the baos
only contains a file with a single page.
If you want the complete file in a ByteArrayOutputStream,
you'll have to create another baos:

ByteArrayOutputStream myBaos = new ByteArrayOutputStream();
and then replace "new FileOutputStream("HelloWorldStampCopy.pdf")"
with "myBaos". You'll get the complete file as byte[] like this:
myBaos.toByteArray().

This is a non-issue, really.
