Yes, surimpose a PDF (one page, generated from a simple Acroform) many times
over another PDF (multiple pages, static PDF).

In fact, before your answer (which is good), there is also my solution. I
find it after a lot of tries :-D. It seems that it's not really usual to do
what I want to do (I didn't find another source code like this elsewhere).
